[OSM-FVG] UBUNTU

Ciao a tutti. Nel PC di casa ho caricato UBUNTU 16.04 LTS dopo che WIN10 mi ha mandato fuori dai gangheri...
Non sono un esperto e vorrei fare due cose, ma senza l'aiuto di chi conosce Linux e il suo terminale non ne vengo fuori.
Vorrei caricarmi l'ultima versione di JOSM e quella di QGIS ma non ci riesco...
Attualmente ho caricato QGis 2.14 Essen (siamo alla 2.16) e JOSM 9329 (siamo alla 10966)...
