Problema: in città mettiamo come default 50 km/h per tutte le strade o 
consideriamo i livelli > tertiary (ad esempio) come strade di 
scorrimento principale?

Io propendo per la prima. Poi, se i limiti sono più elevati, vanno 
segnati. Che ne dite?
