[Talk-it] R: R: Terremoto in Emilia Romagna

Beh intanto posso dire , al di là del merito della richiesta -legittima-
dell' utente P. Norman (pare appartenga al Data Working Group di OSM
Foundation) che mi conforta sapere che c'é qualcuno "dall'alto" che
controlla attività massive di modifica della mappa, che in casi estremi si
potrebbero configurare anche come vandalismi (ehi non è il ns caso, ovvio!)

Detto ciò, le linee guida dell' attività di importazione in OSM
effettivamente raccomandano l'uso di un account ad-hoc (io stesso me ne
sono creato uno nuovo del tipo "import_xxx"), per poter nel caso più
facilmente risalire ai dati coinvolti .
Mi rendo conto sia un aggravio operativo , ma la gestione degli account
multipli in JOSM é tutto sommato semplice.

É anche buona norma cercare, dove possibile, di non cancellare i dati
(edifici in questo caso) già presenti, a meno ovviamente di palesi errori o
inesattezze. Personalmente se trovo un edificio inserito precedentemente da
ricalco delle PCN o Bing lo lascio. La logica dovrebbe essere di tipo
incrementale.

Infine per quanto riguarda l'apertura di un ticket sulla mailing list
internazionale degli import, effettivamente mi ero posto il problema, ma
poi per pigrizia avevo lasciato in sospeso..
vedo di provvedere a breve.
