Per me decisamente non è adatto perché mi sembra anche questo un tag
per istituto di educazione "tradizionale".

Nel tuo caso userei un qualche tag office=*, ma non
office=educational_institution che riserverei per le sedi dei
comprensori scolastici o cose del genere.
La parola chiave più che "education" penso sia "training"
