[Talk-it] Problems near Trieste

Hello,

At the Data Working Group we've had a number of complaints about some 
edits near Trieste - see 
http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=10474167 and 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/3675 .

They were asked, in a previous block, to engage with other mappers and 
discuss their differences with them.  That never happened, and as it's 
been a few days now with no reply we'll need to think about tidying up 
the data.  A typical complaint about this mapper is something like "Many 
inventions of absolutely non-existent objects", but is the best approach to:

  * revert everything they've done that hasn't since been edited by
    other mappers
  * revert everything they've done that hasn't since been edited by
    other mappers, but only after a certain date (and if so what date)?
  * revert only certain changesets (and if so which ones)
  * revert nothing, and let local mappers fix anything that they haven't
    already fixed?

As we've had lots of different complaints about this user I thought that 
it made sense to ask here for other people's opinions too.
