[OSM-ja] Official list of towns and village in Japan

Hello,

Sorry to send this email in English, but my understanding of Japanese is far
too limited. I am currently looking at helping to improve Japanese maps and
I am currently looking for a list of all officials Japanese towns and
village.
I understand that more and more municipalities are merging and I would like
to help if possible by adding the missing towns on the OSM map. If you have
any links that can be useful even in Japanese, I would be very grateful.
