[OSM-ja] new coastline offset

Hi Japan mappers,

It seems to me that the new imported cost line has an offset (checked in
JOSM).
Anyone else made the same observation?

You can take a look around Yokohama Minato Mirai, where the coast line
differs from the mapped features (mapped a lot by me, so I'm pretty sure
that it's not so much wrong).
I also think that it has about the same offset with imported forests, which
is the same data source as the new coast line, right?
