[OSM-ja] Bing の高解像度なエリア

What about this idea:

Every month we declare a particular area with good aerial imagery and not
much existing data as the "Area of the Month" and do some collaborative
mapping there.

Then month by month we will (hopefully) get some nicely mapped area.
We could then also announce the "Japan Mapper of the Month" according to the
contribution statistics ;-)
