[OSM-ja] CT/ODbL拒否ユーザデータの書き換えについて(was: [OSM-talk] Data reconciliation. Removing CT/ODbL declined users.)

potlatch2で
Options>Show license status
にチェックを付けて状況を見ると
1.濃い赤
2.薄い赤
3.黄色(ベージュ)
の3色で区分けされているように見えます。

それぞれの意味をご存知の方はおられますか？
