[OSM-ja] Post Earthquake Imagery of Sendai

 wonderchookさんにIRCで少しお話を伺いました。

DigitalGlobeよりOSMでのトレース用途限定で
20名まで接続できるWMSを提供していただけるようです。

場所は仙台中心で、被害状況のマッピングができる程度に
良い解像度とのことです。

ただ、20名の制限があり、
余広くは公開したくなく、
URLをMLなどで公開はできない/したくないそうです。
認証などはなく、手動で制限する必要があります。
どこかにリストで管理などするのでよいようです。

ぱっと思いつくのはIRCにONして宣言。。
ですが現状人数とか分からないので
なにか良い案あるでしょうか？
