古橋です。

CrisisMappersのMLで Googleの GeoEye 画像の情報が流れていますが、
Google側に確認したところ、やはり通常の利用規約に縛られているとのことで
http://www.google.com/intl/ja_ALL/help/terms_maps.html

現状では残念ながらオープンストリートマップとして利用できません。

そこをなんとか！ と引き続き交渉中です。
