回答ではありませんが
建物の形状と高さ（階数）確認に
Bing写真の概観図（斜景写真） http://binged.it/HyaVWY 
を使っていいのかとsotm euで
スティーブコーストさんに聞いてみましたが
その際は、真上からの航空写真とはライセンスが違う。
使用は不可。との答えをいただきました。

個人的には、住宅なら３m×階数、ビルなら４m×階数みたいな感じでしょうか。
外壁材の継ぎ目の数を数えたりして、おおよそ基準になるビルの高さを
数本抑えて、それを数本のものさしがわりにすれば良いと考えます。
ビル群の遠景の写真を数枚撮れば１ブロックぐらいはおおよそ抑えられる
と思います。

そこで、建物の高さをマッピングしたいのですが
