日本でもOSMデータが使われていることは間違いありません。
こちらで確認したのは leisure=park のエリアデータです。

には OSM が記載されているので、全く未使用ということはないのかなぁ。どちらにしろ、OSM だから間違ってるとかデータが古いとか言ってるのは

Well, the list of map data sources is very long. And it's not correct to guess the data that is wrong is the data from OSM without being able to proof this statement.




Furthermore I don't believe, that the "old" OSM data of Japan was really wrong. It was just not so complete a few years ago: incomplete != wrong. Right?
Just what I don't understand is, how Apple can use OSM data together with so many other data sources without having license problems.
