[OSM-ja] Undefined vending=photos tags in Japan

Wiki pageを最新版に追従するようにしました。
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JA:Tag:amenity%3Dvending_machine

世界には、注射針の自動販売機なんてのもあるんですね。。。

vending=photoがこれ、というのは理解ですし、
Wikiページにもそういう項目があってもよい旨がありますので、
photosでもよいのではないでしょうか。
ただし、いわゆる「写真撮影」の機械の場合は amenity=photo_boothのほうがよさげですね。
