[OSM-ja] wrong tag "tunnel_name" "bridge_name"

Hello luschi,

I agree to your proposal, mechanical edit from tunnel_name and bridge_name
to tunnel:name and bridge:name.
And when you do it, please convert tunnel_name:** too.


日本国内のtunnel_nameとbridge_nameタグを、tunnel:nameとbridge:nameに一括変換する提案ですが、皆さんはいかがでしょうか。
日本語でコメントいただければ、あとでまとめます。
