[OSM-ja] 北海道の廃線マッピングの対応について

Wikipediaだけならまだしも、Google Street Viewとなるとこれは確信犯に見えます。

Ok, then I explain it more accurate. For mapping I use the normal Bing
Satellite Map everytime (In my homecountry I use high-quality satellite
photos from state surveying service of Saxony,they are released for common
use). But sometimes I compare the Map with Google Maps and Google Street
View to clarify the route of the railways. But I never used Google Products
as a base for my mapping, so I think that none violation happens.

あくまでベースマップはBingであるとの主張のようですが、Google製品と「比較」しながらマッピングするのは許容されないと私も思います。

念のために確認しますが、
(1) Googleマップをもとにマッピングしたい地物の当たりをつける⇒(2) 実際に現地へGo⇒(3) 現地調査をもとにマッピング
の流れは許容されると考えられるでしょうか。
