大変お待たせ致しました。町名・大字・小字に関する提案を本日RFC開始しました。

Definition: Usage of place=* in Japan
This proposal revises the method of tagging neighbourhood place names in 
Japan, and defines the tagging method for place names that are not 
included in addresses.

日本における市町村配下の町名・大字・小字等の地名のタグ付け方法を見直しま 
す。あわせて住所に含まれない地名のタグ付け方法を定義します。
