<p class="MsoNormal">My name is Blake Chambers and I work for EasyTerritory, a US-based company that offers territory mapping software to our customers.  Many of our customers use EasyTerritory to manage sales and service territories globally.  In some cases,
 our customers have used the Global Country and Global State Boundaries datasets, but there are countries where the postal code polygons are needed to create more detailed territories.  Japan is the latest country we have a postal code dataset request for,
