Hello Geoffrey,
I propose Samuel Wanjohi, a member of OSM Kenya and a GIS consultant from
Nairobi. Wanjohi finds passion in working with Open source software for GIS
and finds interests in providing working solutions using GIS Technology. He
has worked in Kenya and  Tanzania (in the Mwanza Urban mapping project with
Ramani Huria, Zanzibar mapping initiative and Dar es Salaam Open Cities
Program)
