[Talk-ko] Street names!

Hello everyone,

Here in Geochang there is exciting news.  New signs are being installed
with street names and house numbers!

Until now, there were only four streets with signs in Geochang.  I think
the signs are a few years old.  The signs were placed at each end of the
named street.  Now we have signs for smaller streets, and we have number
signs on each house.

I don't know how long the project will take, but it means I have more work
to do!

Has anyone looked at OSM's data format for addresses?  Can it be used for
Korean addresses, or do we require a modification?
