[Talk-ko] Geochang is complete!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to announce that Geochang is "complete":

Of course, OSM will never be complete, as there will always be errors to
fix, or new roads and developments to add, but I have to declare a point
where the town can be considered finished.

I used the transparent map tool to compare my work with Google:

I have all of the roads that Google has, plus I have more roads that are
not mapped by Google, and my map is more accurate because Google has some
errors.  It is this comparison that allows me to say it is finished.

Still to do however:

* Fix the interchange with Highway 3 at the west end of the town
* Check all POIs and add new ones
* Fix the interchange with 88 Olympic Expressway (Highway 12), south east
of the town
* Check all road classifications
