[Talk-ko] talk-ko is now on Gmane

Hi everyone,

I wanted to explain about the 'Plonk!' message.

talk-ko is now archived at Gmane[1].  The 'Plonk!' message was the first 
message which established a link between talk-ko and Gmane.

I am the talk-ko list administrator and I gave my permission for this to 
happen.  All of the other OSM talk lists are linked to Gmane, so I decided it 
was ok.  Some people may prefer to use the Gmane site to submit messages or 
to read old messages.
