[Talk-ko] Addresses in Seoul

Hello everyone,

I tried to make recommendations for recording addresses in Korea.

I went to Seoul this weekend and I noticed the address signs are brown, and 
they contain more information than the blue signs I have seen everywhere 
else.

I have created a discussion page with a picture, so that we can talk about the 
information on the sign:
