[Talk-ko] a dozen hospitals in every street does that make sense?

May be that would be the clean solution if cyana could do that.
Some of the POIs are twice there. May be it should be a second surgery
or

The definition in osm wiki and wikipedia gives me this point of view:

hospital : a building for healthcare where ill people can stay
clinic: similar to hospital, but people usually do not stay there.
several or many doctors cooperate there.
doctors office: one or few doctors operate there. "doctor's surgery"

As all theses POIs are from an import i suppose no mapper has ever
seen these in reallife.
Looking at the large number of clinics and hospitals i suppose these
are doctors:

Are this POIs rather a whole house for health care with many doctors,
or is it a one-doctor surgery with two rooms?

Kind regards,
