Can someone help in this topic: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Koreaimport09 can you give a link to the described yahoo-api and write a link to the licence in that wiki article? It seems it is no converter, but a database request. If yahoo allows to use it for free it is not automatic compatible with the osm licence. -- Jonas Stein <news at jonasstein.de>
