[Talk-ko] Aerial photos

Hi everyone,

If you are tracing from aerial photos please remember that they are not
accurately positioned. In some places the aerial photos are offset by a
large amount, and this offset is not the same across the whole country.

Before tracing anything from the aerial photos please line up the photo layer
with a good GPS trace of a very visible landmark. Once the photo layer is
lined up, then you can trace roads and buildings.

I am looking at Jinju right now, and there has been a lot of work tracing
buildings (thank you), for example, at the University, but they have to be
moved because they are in the wrong place (sorry). I think I can select them
all and drag them together.

If someone could re-post this message in Korean I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Best wishes,

Andrew
