Edits that cannot be reasonably viewed as changing the status of the islands are okay. Keep in mind that although you may not view an edit as changing the status someone with an opposing view might.

My understanding is that one should tell DWG first that the editing is legitimate. Then do the editing. The link is a pretty valid one, so we shouldn't have any problem.

Should you do the edit, only 일출봉 (Ilchulbong) needs renaming as follows:

name : 우산봉 (Usanbong)
name:ko : 우산봉
name:en : Usanbong
name:ko_rm : Usanbong
