[Talk-ko] Admin levels

It seems you've put the entry under "Korea", but I made an entry under
"South Korea" there back in June, as I mentioned earlier. I think you
should edit that, and delete "Korea".

I was editing admin boundaries for North Korea as well, and I'm
noticing that it needs a separate rule. That would be another reason
to avoid "Korea" and use "North Korea" and "South Korea" instead.
