[Talk-ko] List information page

Hello everyone,

Based on the discussion about the mailing list information page language I
have two suggestions.

First, I can change the default language for the list information page to
Korean. I know mailing lists are not used often in Korea, but I think they
are very effective, especially for contributors around the world.

The list information page can be changed to English or Korean using a menu
at the top right. Currently the default is English, but I can change it to
Korean. Maybe it will make the page more welcoming to Korean speakers and
they will subscribe.

The second thing is a short information paragraph that we can display in
English and Korean. I just added a very short test message. Again, we
need to show new list members what the list is for, and make it welcoming
to Korean and English speakers.

The list information page is here. You can see the language selection box
at the top right, and you can see my test message on the left.

I would like a short paragraph in Korean that encourages people to
subscribe to the mailing list and explains why using a mailing list is a
good idea. We can rewrite it in English too.

So, in summary, I think we should make the mailing list more attractive to
Korean speakers by doing two things:
1 change the default information page language to Korean, and English is an
option.
2 Add a paragraph in Korean and English to encourage people to subscribe
and explain why mailing lists are a good thing even though they are not
commonly used in Korea.

Thank you,

Andrew
