아, 제 발언은 전적으로 행정구역을 어떻게 표기할 것인가에 대한 의견이었습니다.

현재 place을 어떻게 각기 사용할 것인가에 대한 초안을 생성해보았습니다.

여기 및 https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=731450 그리고 다른 경로 등을
두루 참고하였으나 아직 초안이므로 수준(level) 등이 다소 변경될 수 있는데, 이와 관련해서 의견이 있으시다면 말씀해주시면
감사하겠습니다.
