[Talk-ko] JOSM available in Korean

Hello,
We're happy to announce that JOSM latest is now available in Korean:

Any feedback is welcome on the corresponding ticket:

That's a first version with roughly 20% of the whole software translated.
There's still much to do, so if you speak Korean, help is welcome on
