Hello Mike,

I am not sure that we worked this out per se, as I cannot offer any
guarantees over personal actions of various individuals as I hold no
influence over them, any more then they do so over me.

The point I was(am) trying to make is that there is a general concesus
on the Serbian part, and that as far as I am aware this is not part of
any concerted, approved and/or sanctions operation nor effort on
Serbian part.
