(b) *Derive License*. *If a Derive License is included in the Product Tier
selected*, in addition to the license rights granted under the View
License, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use,
DigitalGlobe grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
fee-paid, license for the Subscription Term to *allow you and your
Authorized Users to use DigitalGlobe Maps API as follows*:

(i) to use and overlay data on the Content as permitted in Section
1.4(a)(i) of these Terms of Use to develop Map Based Applications that
enable End Users to extract geographic features, human-made features,
persons or animals and related data from the Licensed Images via
identification, measurement, and/or analysis for End User’s internal use or
to *contribute to Open Street Maps*;
