To complete the picture, rocketdata is simply taking whatever data
companies provide to them and simply throw that into OSM without any
local validation whatsoever. Which meant that positions are incorrect,
addresses are incorrect, tag usage specifics do not match local
conventions. That is when companies have incorrect data about their
own points Rocketdata does not even try to fix them but expects us -
local mappers - to do the work for them (while they take the rewards).

I have already contacted the main company involved - Benu - and they
are now providing data to me and data is placed into OSM using our old
procedure of external data synchronisation (with all required quality
checks and for free).

Rocketdata was informed about shortcomings of their process multiple
times but they ignored that and continued with uploads anyway so their
changes have been reverted. Lithuania is not the only country where at
least some of rocketdata imports are being reverted.
