[Talk-lt] TomTom - Add Highways challenge

Hi Lithuanian community!

My team at TomTom created a MapRoulette challenge you may find useful – Add Highways - https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/40203.

We identified these highways from the output of our comparison between TomTom and OpenStreetMap data. There are 297 elements shared in Vilnius area. More leads are available in our pocket if you find this challenge interesting.
