[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Osmose, new QA tool for Luxembourg

Hi,

Thanks to the nice French OSM community, the Osmose QA tool now works in Luxembourg too:

The list of the 1422 problems it has found is here:

While there are some false positives, I think that most of them are indeed problems.

Now we've got enough to keep us busy during the winter :).
