[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] ODbL redaction

Hi everyone,

The OSMF is busy removing content that hasn't been relicensed under the ODbL from the database. In Luxembourg, it turns out that at least 18 ways have been somehow impacted.

Repairing the damage is easy: in JOSM, search for user:"OSMF Redaction Account" (with quotes), choose one of the objects, check its history, verify the removed elements independently (don't copy from the deleted version!), and upload your changes.

I hope we will be able to repair any damage quickly.
