[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Routing inspector for OpenStreetMap

Hi everyone,

The OSM Inspector tool has a new Routing layer, which shows unconnected and duplicate ways, and "island" ways which cannot be reached from anywhere legally. The unconnected minor roads thing seems to have many false positives; the other errors are usually something that's easy to fix.
