Sveika!
Tāda gatava servisa LKS92 noteikti, ka nav.
Ir  *T*ile *M*ap *S*ervice
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tile_servers>, kuru var izmantot kā
OSM pamatnes. QGIS tas strādā lieliski, ja projekts ir LKS92, tad
automātiski OSM tiks salāgots uz LKS92.
