[Talk-ma] noms sur OSM au Maroc

Osmose does in fact recognize the errors you note, and I have spent
considerable time correcting them when I find them.

However, Osmose has also generated errors around Tamazight names, which I
hope will change. I have been marking them as "false positives".

I'm quite proud that Morocco has consistently had ZERO errors at level 1
and 2 in Osmose for some time. I think it's the only major country that can
make that claim.

And before I go ahead with eliminating the errors introduced by Kaart, I
wanted to get a consensus on the names.

Which it seems we have.

Fixing the errors made before Kaart will be trickier, and perhaps we can
establish a separate plan for that. (I wrote privately to Frédéric about
Osmose, and perhaps Mario and I can work privately on a plan for these
other problems and bring it here?)

I don't want to criticize Kaart, as overall they have done a great service.
But this one error (and an occasional one at that) that they introduced is
something I will fix over the next couple of weeks.
