[Talk-mw] Is Malawi project #2280 still active?

Hi.

I am new here.

I decided to dedicate myself to helping finishing up project #2280 (Missing
Maps - Malawi - TA Thomas (Roads)). However, it seems that nobody else is
working on this project. I wonder if the project is still active and if it
is still valuable for the Red Cross. I have finished mapping several
sectors. But, nobody has validated them.

So, is there a way of finding who is in charge of this project? (If there
is someone in charge of the project)
