I am Sören Reinecke (also known as Valor Naram) from Trufi Association. We
are an international NGO based in Germany & Bolivia working on improving
public transportation systems in developing countries with the power of
Open Source :)

As a "social startup" we also love to offer little paid jobs to people
living in developing countries to pay them to help their own neighborhood
or the neighborhood of other developing regions. We do that if we have
enough money left (we run on donations) or if we get funding for a
specified project as it is now the case for Guadalajara in Mexico. We are
hiring for multiple job positions in different fields of programing e.g.
Scrum Master and web developer to establish a small but powerful team with
a high social impact in the said local region.
