[Talk-ng] import of IDP camp shelters

Hi Sebastian,

Good to know that IMPACT has a MOU for data import with the OSM team.

I think the next page is to create a WIKI page for this particular import
work and share with the OSM import working group.
The WIKI page will contain all necessary information including the MOU
which serve copyright permission on the data
for public consumption, the import methodology, tags to use and so on.

Once this bit is sorted then the next phase will be about the main
importing task.

@Rafael Avila Coya <ravilacoya at gmail.com> Please, do you have any
additional information on this next phase?
