Hi Murad,
Thank you for reaching out to the Nigeria OSM community and also for
contacting me via Facebook.
For us at eHealth Africa including one of my friend and colleague that I
copied in this email who has also lead major mapping here in Nigeria, we
used these guides
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import_Nigeria_eHealth_Africa_Places_Workflow
and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa
We didn't a specific wiki document for Nigeria highway classification
because of similarities in the Africa road network and since we are
in-country and could provide in-country context and knowledge.
Based on this contact and the work you and your team are looking to do, we
can set-up a meeting to discuss this weekend or next week and take things
up from there.
Thank you once again for reaching out to us.
Kind regards
