[Talk-ng] Contributing Building footprint data for part of Akwa Ibom State

Hi, I want to find out the procedure for contributing building data which
were digitized off a high-res imagery to OSM.
I know there is always the question of misalignment and finding a way to
reconcile existing features, so I am hoping a community member has done
this before and we could start a talk on the best
way to go about it.
