Since March the sources are available to everyone who is interested. There
is a source code repository (svn) available on sourceforge.net:

http://keepright.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/keepright/

to checkout the sourcecode one can issue this svn command:

svn co https://keepright.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/keepright keepright

I'm always grateful for hints and tips to improve the program with new
features and better performance. Help is welcome!

BTW: did you follow the thread on the talk-mailing list recently? Steve 
C is thinking about "the future of bugs". He mentions openstreetbugs and 
keepright and wants to start an initiative to integrate them.
