[OSM-talk-nl] route termination tentacles between split nodes of the cycle node network

Hi,

I added an explanation about the 'tentacles' extending routes when
they encounter split nodes. Please enhance where possible. I tried to
make it as clear as possible, but maybe I overdid it.

We all know by now, that I had a hard time to grasp the concept and
I'm glad I finally did (at least I hope I did). I think it should be
documented though, hence my addition to the wiki. Part of the reason
why I did it 'wrong' all across Belgium, is that I couldn't find an
explanation for these odd 'extensions' at the end/start of the routes.
Anyway, I see now that it's a good system and I've corrected all of
them. There may still be some that have their own xx-xx relation in
the south of The Netherlands, which I will correct as well, if nobody
beats me to it.
