The skype offer is in good standing, if the project I suggested there
doesn't work for you.

A couple of other project possibilities:
- getting all schools and colleges in Kathmandu valley region mapped,
perhaps in collaboration with PABSON (ask them for a list of schools)
- same can be done with hospitals, religious institutions, ministries,
municipality offices, what have you
- mapping of bus / tempo lines in Kathmandu. pick a subset of the private
transport lines, and do something like http://prishtinabuses.info/en did
(ps. that project was done by high school students who were members of the
open source community there)
