[OSM-np] How should be stone sprouts or stone taps marked in OSM?

Looks like
amenity=drinking_water
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Ddrinking_water
is one possibility, as is water_point=water and amenity=fountain
I guess the drinking_water one is problematic because you usually need to
purify the water for drinking right? And some of the elaborate taps that
have places to bathe also I would label as fountain, but for the regular
taps, maybe water_point=water for now?
There is also a possibility of trying to pick a naming scheme that closely
fits, but then just invent another one of our community's choosing for the
time being. If we find sufficient use for it, we can bring it up to the OSM
community.
