[OSM-np] Suspicious edits in some areas in Kathmandu

Dear All,

I am mapping Baluwatar and Maharajgunj area from last few months and i am quite familiar with these areas. From last few days i am happy to see other few friends mapping  on these area as well. Many roads they mapped were wrong and some road are not there in field. I corrected those. but today i find same problem on other areas of Kathmandu. please see light blue roads (motor roads) in image on the attached file. At the mean time, i also noticed that this person is randomly mapping in different areas. How do we check this?
